Returns

If you wish to make a change, you can request it through our Contact page , online chat and/or on our social networks, on Facebook or Instagram. Products in original, unused condition may be returned for an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase. To make a change, the product you purchased must be in perfect condition, in its original box and packaging, without signs of use and/or manipulation. Changes in measurements will be subject to inventory availability in the store. Changes and guarantees of GIALLO products will only be valid for purchases made in the same country.

Items purchased as a last chance or at a discount have no returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds. Our promotions may have different terms and conditions.

In order to request a return in the online store , report a broken, defective or in poor condition product, you have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery of your order. All products to be returned must be in new condition, have the original packaging, as well as any promotional gifts delivered for the purchase of the product.

In order to obtain your return label, it is important that you send us an email to: contacto@giallo.com.mx with the following information:

  • Number of order
  • Photographs of the part(s) to be returned in the state in which they were received.
  • Specify the reason for the return.
  • Name and SKU of the product(s) to be returned.

Once the information is received, we will be sharing the return label by that same means along with the steps to follow in order to process the return and once the package review is returned and confirmed, the corresponding refund of the amount paid for the product will be issued for that you can make a new purchase.
