LIMITED WARRANTY

GIALLO's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

WARRANTY COVERAGE: GIALLO warrants all products purchased through an authorized dealer channel, the GIALLO Online Store, against defects in materials and workmanship, under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from date of purchase. date of original purchase in the store. During these warranty periods, if any defect in the product arises and you follow the instructions to return the product, GIALLO, at its discretion and to the extent permitted by law, will replace the product with a new product that is the same as the product which is going to be replaced. GIALLO has no obligation to repair, replace or refund the defective product until it is returned to GIALLO.

A replacement product carries the remaining warranty of the original product from the date of replacement.

This guarantee applies only to products made by GIALLO and purchased through authorized channels. GIALLO cannot guarantee the authenticity of products purchased through channels that are not authorized, nor the quality control procedures of the stores in those channels. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misuse, or the use of products that are not recommended by GIALLO in conjunction with GIALLO products. Changes and guarantees of GIALLO products will only be valid for purchases made in the same country.

Do not expose your GIALLO products to chemicals or hostile environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, sea, pools, hot tubs, and spas. See the care and cleaning instructions for additional information on the care and protection of your GIALLO product. Failure to comply with these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse or misuse of your GIALLO product. GIALLO specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects. If GIALLO cannot legally disclaim implied warranties under this limited warranty, all such warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, have a limited duration equal to the duration of this limited warranty. GIALLO is not responsible for direct, special incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal theory.
